Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Glass uses Apple's CloudKit to store your data, encrypted and stored securely in iCloud. Your financial data never passes through Omnisoft's servers. Only Glass AI queries send data to our AI provider, and this is done over encrypted connections. We never sell your data.

Can I use Glass for my business?

Yes. The Business account type is built specifically for freelancers, sole traders, and small business owners. Track revenue, log expenses, create invoices, estimate your tax position, and get business finance advice from Glass AI.

How does Glass AI work?

Glass AI is powered by Claude, built by Anthropic. When you ask a question, Glass AI receives a secure snapshot of your financial data and uses it to give you specific, personalised answers. It does not store your conversations. Each query is independent.

What happens when I reach my AI query limit?

Basic plan users get 10 Glass AI queries per month. Glass Pro users get 100. When you reach your limit you will be prompted to upgrade. Your limit resets at the start of each calendar month.

Can I cancel Glass Pro anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime through your iPhone's subscription settings in the App Store. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

Is Glass available on Android?

Glass is currently in development for iOS. Launch details will be shared at glasshq.pages.dev when it is ready.
